Weekly Group Support and Integration

6 Session Series:
Sept 18, 25, and Oct 2, 9, 16 & 23, 2024.
Staying Alive is a weekly group that offers pre- and post- workshop support and integration to participants in the experiential personal development workshops offered at The Haven on Gabriola Island.

Sessions typically include guided visualizations, relaxation and breathing practices, individual check-ins and focus, and group activities designed to foster self-awareness, self-responsibility, and relational interpersonal skills. Areas of exploration include communication skills,
boundaries, attachment, self-compassion, intimacy, sexuality, relationships and more.

Sessions are offered in bundles of 6 sessions for $150.00, and take place at Artful : The Gallery located at 526C Cumberland Rd, Courtenay, BC., on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 9:30 pm.

Kristina Campbell is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC#23478), Haven facilitator and artist who cares deeply about life and intimate connection. She delights in using creative processes to share her playful passion for living life fully. Kristina believes relationship and communication skills are an essential tool for navigating the complexities of life and are a particular focus of her group sessions.
